Here are 9 inside tricks that will help you stand out from the crowd and get started working quickly with a recruitment agency.

#1   Basic Information on your CV

Ensure that you have an up to date CV. The basic information you need is your address (at least your area location i.e. Ilford, Stratford, Tottenham etc), a working contact mobile number and an email address you check regularly

#2   Up to date information on your CV

This has to be a point all by itself, because you really need to ensure your last / current employer is on there. Ensure your work history flows. Do not be afraid to write in gaps in your work history. Write like you are telling a story. Check out this blog from our new sister website McGenius for more details on CV tip...

Care and support work is one of the quick-to-start-work in the UK and it does not discriminate unlike many other jobs that are difficult to enter. But my experience and observation have shown me that majority of care and support workers appear to remain in the same position for many hears and do not know how to grow. This has affected their finances and it has been difficult for their various employers (recruitment agencies in most case) to increase their wages.

It will be a nice idea to share with all care and support workers how they can grow and attract more wages in the industry. Please clicking on comments() above to comment

Working from home is very good as it puts you in control! You no longer have to be told by certain colleagues of what to do especially when they do not know what to do themselves but are just trying to bully others.

Apart from being self-employed to work from home, the next best option to work from home is working for a reputable agency and that is where McLovely Group plays an important role for all those experts out there who really want to enjoy working from home, which gives you the opportunity to make friends in different care settings and location if you so choose.
